Our service policy

Prices are per cleaner, per hour, plus GST.

Minimum visit: 2 hours with 2 cleaners, or 3 hours with 1 cleaner.

Travel fee of $0.50/km outside Langley. Farther areas: 3-hour minimum plus the travel fee.

Every home is different, so we confirm the time and price after a few photos or a quick visit.

We confirm your start time when you book. Home cleans start between 8am and 4pm, weekends included.

Traffic or an earlier job can shift that a little. If we're running late, we'll text you.

You don't need to be home. You can leave a key, a door code or a lockbox.

Please send us your access details and any alarm instructions before the day.

We accept cash or e-Transfer.

We'll confirm the total when you book.

Need to move or cancel? Text us at (236) 515-2643 as early as you can, so we can find you a new time.

Please keep pets in a separate room, or tell us about them when you book, so they stay safe and calm while we work.

Outside windows, crystal chandeliers, mould remediation and moving heavy furniture are not included.

Tell us before we leave, or text us as soon as you can, and we'll look at it together.

We carry $2M liability insurance (up to $5M for construction sites), are registered with WorkSafeBC and are WHMIS-trained.
