Privacy

We keep this simple. This page explains what we collect when you ask for an estimate, why, and where it goes. It follows British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

Only what you type into the estimate form: your first name, phone number, service, city, and, if you add them, your email, home size, preferred date and notes. We do not ask for your address until you book.

Why

To reply to you about your cleaning: to give you a price, book a time and keep in touch about the job. We never sell or share it, and we do not send marketing messages.

Where it goes

Your request is emailed to our business inbox, and we reply by text, phone or email. The website itself does not store it. We delete old requests from that inbox when we no longer need them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending it.

Photos

We sometimes take before-and-after photos of our work. We only use them with the client's permission, and never show faces, family photos, addresses or other personal details.
