- Post-renovation cleaning is $50/hr per cleaner. New-build and larger construction jobs get a free quote after a quick look.
- Example, not a quote: 2 cleaners × 3 hours × $50 = $300 + GST.
- Minimum visit: 2 hours with 2 cleaners, or 3 hours with 1 cleaner.
- Travel fee of $0.50/km outside Langley. Farther areas: 3-hour minimum plus the travel fee.
- Every home is different, so we confirm the time and price after a few photos or a quick visit.

How is post-construction cleaning priced?
Post-renovation cleaning is $50 per cleaner per hour plus GST. For new builds and bigger construction jobs we give a free quote after seeing photos or the site, because the amount of dust and debris varies a lot.
Are you insured for construction sites?
Yes. We carry $2M liability insurance, which can be increased to $5M for construction work, and we are registered with WorkSafeBC.
Do you remove construction garbage?
We collect and bag the leftover debris and trash inside the home. Large bins and heavy materials are removed by the builder.
