How to prepare for your cleaning

A few minutes of prep helps us clean more in the time you book.

1. Put personal things awayClothes, toys and paperwork off the floors and surfaces means we spend the time cleaning, not moving things around.
2. Clear the counters and the sinkEmpty kitchen and bathroom counters and a sink without dishes let us clean every surface properly.
3. Tell us how to get inWill you be home? If not, send us the door code, lockbox or key arrangement and any alarm instructions before the day.
4. Mention anything delicateLet us know about fragile items, surfaces that need special care, or damage that was already there.
5. Share your prioritiesWant the inside of the oven or fridge, or one room done first? Tell us when you book so we plan the time.
6. PetsPlease keep pets in a separate room or let us know about them, so they stay safe and calm while we work.
